Step One – Submit Your Mineral Rights

During this step of the process we oftentimes need to obtain documentation that will help us in assessing the value of your property.

These documents may include check stubs, lease agreements, property deeds, etc.

Step Two – Offer

If we are interested in purchasing your producing, non producing, leased or unleased mineral rights we will make you an offer based off the information you provide.

Step Three – Payment

Once you've accepted our offer, payment can be made within as little as 3 business days.

We can make payment via Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Bank Wire Transfer.
